(Served over ice with a sprig of Oregano)

Demo 8:
- Suntory Toki Japanese whisky
- Jasmine
- Bergamot
- Pine
(Served up as a Martini with Lemon peel)

Demo 9:
- Sotol
- Fig Leaf with recomposed orange
- Amontillado sherry
(Served over Ice with orange peel)

Dandelion Old Fashioned:
- Makers Mark
- Dandelion Demerera
- Dandelion Bitters
(Served over ice with Orange peel)

Dirty Negroni:
- SiC Gin
- Cocchi Di Torino
- Cynar
- Cured lemon & oregano brine
(Served over ice with a Perello Olive - Perello or GTFO)

French... Martini:
- Discarded Grape Skin Vodka
- Raspberry leaf
- Pineapple & Vanilla Champagne
(Just be aware this is more of a spirit led martini, to be served like a classic vodka martini so served up as a Martini)
